I ordered this from LL Bean. The package was heavily damaged but nothing inside seemed to be damaged and all parts were included. Assembly of this ski rack is a complete pain. The angles you need to work at are uncomfortable and the bolts don't thread easily. the directions completely suck.
Overall the ski rack serves its purpose. Once it is on the car it securely holds skis. It claims to hold 6 pairs but from what I can see there is no way you can hold skis while they are connected. I need to take the skis apart and lay them flat. I would not expect to hold more then 3 pairs of skis on this rack.
