I used to be a big fan of the North face brand, but their Customer Service is so horrible, that I have chosen different brands!
In addition, the The North Face does not support our US soldiers, who have to live and fight the war abroad, away from their families!!! Their Customer Service representative arrogantly stated that on the phone, while I called her from abroad. She didn't even let me explain my situation and had very little sympathy for the fact that the only way to buy Christmas presents for my family is through the Internet. What a shame! The North face should have a little more respect for customers, who are willing to pay the charge to call from the other side of the world. You know the 1-800 number does not work from abroad. I will do my best to spread the word to all military bases around the world. Especially now, with Facebook and all the social web sites, that will be an easy task. The thought of how how many soldiers, who like winter sports and choose their overpriced products, makes me sick. My North Face jackets will be going to the Thrift store as I am not willing to carry their name on my clothes any more.
